My counseling style includes empathy, humor and maintaining focus on the clients’ best interest. Originally trained in CBT and Mindfulness, I also incorporate EMDR, neuropsychological treatment techniques and biofeedback techniques to enhance treatment outcomes. With these tools, I have helped many with Anxiety, Depression, anger issues, ADHD, codependency, communication styles, and many more complications from daily life stressors. The main focus is to restore some balance in the brain and life in general, while providing support to make it to their goal(s) in life. I will help you find your ‘light’, even when it might be hard to see through the ‘fog.’
