Hello! I’m Ashlee Taylor. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health, Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Autism Informed Professional (ASDI). I primarily work with teens and adults, while also having experience supporting children and couples. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, integrating person-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) perspectives to meet each client’s individual needs and goals rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. My work reflects a deep respect for authenticity, individuality, and empathy as I work with clients navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, communication difficulties, self-harm behaviors, self-acceptance, and boundary-related issues.

I view therapy as a collaborative journey built on trust, curiosity, and self-exploration. I believe meaningful growth happens when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you identify where you want to be, and walk alongside you throughout that process. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, recognizing their strengths, and approaching difficult conversations with greater confidence and self-understanding.
