Hi! I’m Brianna, and I’ve been on a mission to support others through therapy since 2023. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University and am currently working toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH). Don’t let the number of years fool you—I’ve had the privilege of working with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, trauma, substance use, and more. I’m passionate about helping people feel heard, supported, and empowered. I’ve always known I wanted to be a therapist. Mental health has always been important to me, and I believe that sometimes, what we need most is someone who will listen without judgment or bias. I’ve experienced therapy myself, starting as a child, and I knew early on that I wanted to become the person I needed back then—and here I am! I do my best to create a safe, welcoming space, because I understand how awkward and vulnerable it can feel to open up to someone new. Therapy isn’t a race—it’s a marathon. It takes time, patience, and support, and I’d be honored to walk that path with you. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and my four fur babies. I also love painting and exploring new adventures—because life’s better with a little curiosity and color. Adventure awaits… and this one’s all about feeling good, growing strong, and keeping it mental health(y)!
