Hi there! My name is Leah and I am a post graduate mental health professional. My first priority is your wellbeing. No topic is too big or too small. I hold space for your story—exactly as it is—while helping you make sense of your experiences, find your voice, and advocate for your needs. I have worked alongside individuals navigating ADHD, autism, behavioral challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and more. My work is rooted in a client-centered approach—meaning you set the pace, and together we create a path that feels right for you. I also draw from various modalities like CBT, DBT, IFS, and Somatic therapy, tailoring each session to your unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Whether you’re unpacking the impact of trauma, struggling with identity, or simply trying to make sense of your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to listen without judgment.
My practice is inclusive and anti-oppressive. I am deeply committed to social justice, women’s empowerment, and supporting individuals across all backgrounds with compassion and respect.
Most importantly, I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll explore who you are beneath the expectations of others—so you can live more freely, authentically, and with greater self-understanding.
If you're ready to take that first step, I’m here to walk beside you.
