Hey yall! My name is Sara Scheid and I'm passionate about helping others see their personal growth and potential and understand our struggles don't define us. I find it important to utilize Psychoeducation along with self reflection to evolve in ourselves and our relationships. I believe in a strength based approach to therapeutic services. I strive to see individuals build on their self confidence, self awareness, and use tools that challenges daily growth emotionally, mentally and socially. I attended Temple University for my Bachelors of Science while playing Division 1 soccer and Millersville University for Graduate School to earn my Master's in Social Work and then obtain my license. I have experience working in the criminal justice system while advocating for and supervising individuals on probation. I provide services to adolescents and adults. I work with individuals experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Abuse, Marital Issues and other mental health challenges. I will bring energy and a sense of humor to our sessions. I am proud of the approach I take and the work I do with clients. While we work on your goals in session, my goal is always for you to have a place to come where you feel heard and challenged when necessary.
