My experience includes working in an outpatient setting helping clients of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience working with individual’s whom suffer from addictions, anxiety, depression, conduct disorders, ADHD, communication problems, and/or trauma. I consider myself a lifetime learner and eagerly look forward to continuing my education and adding to my therapeutic toolbox. My counseling style includes the tenets of empathy, authenticity, and humor while focusing the client on the here and now. I incorporate multiple biofeedback and neuropsychological treatments to enhance the traditional talk therapy setting. I have a passion for helping others maneuver through all of life’s complexities.
As a veteran and spouse to an active duty military member, I have a unique understanding of the difficulties being military affiliated bring, for adults and children alike. I am passionate about assisting military members with a successful transition into civilian life and am committed to helping you become the best version of yourself!
