I became a counselor because I have a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit and a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I have experience working with individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and self-esteem issues. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, which means I believe that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths, overcome obstacles, and help you become the best, most authentic version of yourself. I integrate a variety of techniques into my practice, including cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness.
